Unfortunately, I can't change that text for the community copies. The way it works on Itch is that if I want to give a limited number of free copies, I need to set a price that needs to be paid to give people access to other files. In this case, it's just set to $0, so anyone can claim it, but even then itch puts that message.
Apologies. Fang was originally a game jam to expand on an srd so it's very bare bones, and even though I remade it with new formatting more recently I didn't add much actual content to the game. The game's not a priority right now and the remake was mostly a test of my layout ability in Affinity, so I can't promise more will be added any time soon, but this comment did make me reread the game and realize that there really isn't a lot of meat here.
This is definitely a very flawed project, it's one of my only games in the past few years where I've had no assistance and little testing, most of the game coming from a game jam. I can't promise that there will be a revision any time soon since I'm getting work related to my largest projects up to my knees, but I really appreciate this as reference for when I go to make changes.
They would not benefit from prep since the payoff for prep is an ability activated by long draw 1, so even if you have prep, the prep has no effect if you don't have the feature that activates it. For the same reason you don't spend the prep if you attack outside long draw form, so you can save it until you're next in the form.
