Oh, and theres a discord for planning the bundle if you want to join, I didn't mention it since the basic planning is kind of over, but things can still change and I don't want you to be left out of any decisions if they come up. If you are interested I can send you an invite, if not is totally cool I just don't want to accidentally exclude you.

Not all bundles need to, but ones where the funds are going to charity do, I contacted itch about it to make sure and they confirmed, since a lot of the creators wanted the funds to go to charity if possible we are trying for that.
Definitely the description could be improved, but I just went with the first thing I could think of since I wasn't planning to advertise it outside the club, since submissions have been slow, I might change that strategy a bit.
Edit: wasn't planning to advertise the jam outside of the club, the bundle when its available I was always planning to promote.
Thanks for the submission and advice!
Thanks! Since we're trying to involve a charity if we can we have to start it as a jam first. Which makes things a bit more complicated.
We need 3 things ideally. 1 submit to the jam! https://itch.io/jam/myrpg-bookclub-jam
2 tell me how best to contact you so I can get you to approve the change from jam to bundle when the time comes! (itch won't enroll jam participants in a bundle without separate consent, which is nice, but makes everything more complicated)
3 announce the bundle to any community or social media you have on June 24th once its active so we can coordinate its debut. (This one's optional, but it would be nice),
If thats not ideal for you no worries, thanks for taking the time to read this!
