It should unlock naturally as you complete other girl's stories. Just wait at night for Mana collection. If you have completed the Mistress' Sister's story it will not be available as the Mistress is gone. You will need to use an earlier save or start a new game.

As far as I'm aware games that use Illusion software (honey select and the like) for renders are not allowed on steam. Technically people shouldn't really be making games with them in general, but they weren't litigious about it. Illusion the company has since gone under so it's even more of a grey area. That is all to say a steam release was never really on the cards unfortunately.
Caitlin's scene requires completing Autumn's storyline.
To win spin the bottle just make the boys target the boys and the girls target the girls until Justin leaves. You need 3 things to be true. Justin hasn't kissed anyone. Claire and Georgia have kissed. Georgia hasn't kissed you.
The first is a bug. It's the first of Naomi's pictures I'll fix it in the next update.
The second is a hidden scene. You have to keep asking the Mistress for an extension on your Mana collection every night. Make sure you have Mana, and when she gets mad with you plead with her.
