Hey so I tried it and it worked the first time I closed the game redid the dev controls and gave myself dev console tried to reload game and it didn't work after that and proceeded to compile shaders again.
I deleted all the things you mentioned again and it still didn't work.
One of my other buddies deleted the things you mentioned and it proceeded to not work for him so.
Already tried deleting shader cache and didn't fix the issue but I haven't heard of deleting updater folder as well-- nonetheless that also didn't fix the issue either. . .
My buddy I play with deleted and re-downloaded his entire game and it didn't fix the issue so I don't think it's on the game side, but rather the map side. . .
There is no "STORE_CONFIG" in the vehicles.xml in either version of the map and i checked all other XML for the same thing and there is not any sign of it.
We updated to the new version hoping it would fix our issue as even with the old map version we had this issue but it did not fix it. All of us get to 100% and it then says "compiling shaders"
