Howdy! This game kind of reminds me of Mini Metro and in a sense Bad North. Honestly with a bit more time tweaking things I would not be surprised if I saw this on Steam. I enjoy the concept a fair bit, and the visuals for the wires and lasers are very pleasing to watch. That being said I do have a few critiques and suggestions in the case that this game gets developed further. Starting with the critiques, I feel like the music and sound design could be a tad bit better. Blaring Jazz is exciting but it is persistent and continues even if it is slow making things feel a tad bit silly. I also had some minor issues with the turrets not targeting the aliens if they were either too close or if they were approaching a turret in the center. It also seemed as if some of the turrets would not prioritize the closest alien, although it may have just been unclear in the cloud of aliens that suddenly spawn. Lastly the lack of sound design for when you lose health makes it a bit difficult to notice if you are really focused between the cannons and the wires. On one hand a lot of these issues seem like pretty simple oversight, but on the other they are relatively minor given limited resources.

As for suggestions, I think a larger radius to see incoming objects with a less intense pace to start would be nice. Taking some inspiration from Balloon Tower Defense I think having "Waves" would be the an improvement, followed by maybe some sort of upgrade system between waves (I think Mini Metro does this real well with a choice between 2 randomized "upgrades". Maybe something like a cannon upgrade or an additional wire).

This is honestly a great canvas with a large number of possibilities. There is a lot of directions it could go from where it is now, but with all honestly, I think it is a great start. I look forward to seeing how it is improved upon in the future. Keep up the great work!
