Regarding your issue, yes, you can definitely switch the UI to English! I actually addressed this exact feedback in the latest update—I've added new theme options including Light Mode, High Contrast, and Colorblind-friendly modes to improve readability for everyone.
You can find the language and theme settings in the Settings/Configuration menu (the gear icon ⚙️).
