I am excited to play but confused about the rules around dice rolls.

When you give the example that reads “…if you are on prompt 4..” 

Do all rounds start from where you left off (as if metaphorical spaces on a game board)?

I’m not understanding the flow because i’m unclear as well about when odds/even rolls become relevant. Is it every single roll? Just a round? 

If you could explain like i’m five that would be amazing because i’ve got documents and sharpies ready to go :)

Hello everyone!

This is my first game jam and i’m wondering about the color pallet for the logo. 

My AuDHD is totally unsure if it means the game submission must visually be designed in those colors?  Or..? I feel dumb but want to follow the rules properly :)

My guess from looking at other games is that is not required but want to know if i’m supposed to do something with the information. 

My assumption is I just place the logo somewhere on the game  to show it was made as part of this jam?

Am I on the right track? Haha thank you!!!!

I just finished Chapter 1 and confused by the wording on the conclusion page and can’t progress until i’m able to find an answer and looking forward to playing more!!

So, It says “did you manage a thorough search of the study?”  What counts as “a thorough search?”

 Is it that you surrounded the artifact OR does it mean you crossed off all the boxes to “complete” that room ?

i came here for just this information after buying your awesome game a few days ago. Right now i’m up to the part where you draw sigils on the jokers but every marker in my house doesn’t seem to stick. These are all good tips :) thanks !! 

thank you for clarifying! I ended up using the images as a guide actually after commenting and have almost played every scenario. I LOVE IT!

i played this about 10 times but my images won’t post so I emailed you a couple of them. :) i also sent this to a bunch of friends!!

I’m looking for clarification on setting up. I wrote my number in the center, luck icon, and rolled to find out my character and killer details.

Then I flipped the paper over and on the top wrote a few sentences as my character. 

Then turned the paper upside down and did the few sentences about the killer nightmare. 

Now i’m stuck.

It says to write a few things before entering the mansion. Where do I write that on that paper?
