I had assumed, quite incorrectly as it turns out, that it would be as mathematically impossible to improve upon Shed Duel as it would be to, say, identify a point north of the North Pole, and here we are, left to stand in awe, mouths agape at the majesty of which humanity is capable. 😎

The game reads like an answer to the lyrics in the 1995 Bush song "Everything Zen," "There's no sex in your violence / There's no sex in your violence"

I need to get a standard tarot deck and try this, although I do have the Decuma deck which I think would do in a pinch.

If you've ever wondered what would happen if someone crafted a TTRPG in line with the song lyric that goes, "Words are very unnecessary/ They can only do harm," then this is the zine for you!

It's hard not to be envious of Meadow, I mean, someone who writes delightful TTRPGs and is also good-looking and fashionably dressed? Kinda seems unfair. 😅

That aside, now I've gotta go dig out those Fudge dice I got from a friend many years ago!

I like the open-ended approach to building the world these characters inhabit. The game includes questions and ideas that players and GMs of any TTRPG would be wise to consider, worth a download for that reason alone!
