Don't worry. Thank you for replying! I remember there was a bug that prevented Sims from earning promotions some patches ago, so maybe that was the problem.

One question! Did you test if this happens without mods? If not, try removing every mod (including mine) except MCCC and BetterExceptions. Let me know if something happens!
