Doing more timelines is certainly an interesting idea to consider.

Really impressed by how many levels you managed to put out (although I think 9 and 10 are identical). The art/animations are great, I especially like how you handled transitioning between timelines. It seems relatively bug free outside of a weird ~6s freeze the first time I use the interact ability each level. My only real complaint is that the controls felt a bit clunky, cycling between times felt awkward when I was usually looking to use a specific ability. I think it’d flow a bit better if each timeline had its own ability keybind and using the ability swapped you to that specific timeline.

All in all a strong entry!

The volume slider situation will forever haunt me. I thought I had time to spare, I managed to put it all together…and then the menu navigation functionality that works absolutely fine to start the game suddenly decided to just not work for the options menu. Except now it apparently did work for you and instead the go back button didn’t work. Nightmare all round!

Love the concept, had a fun time establishing a trainload of guns that shoot very fast!

Getting a bit more polish on the boss fight is definitely one of the first things we’d consider doing if we were to take this project any further post-jam. :)

The game pad should be fully implemented, every input action is set up with both gamepad and keyboard inputs. Unfortunately I was only able to playtest with an Xbox one controller, so it’s possible other controllers may be causing errors. Sorry about that!
