Same here.
In the Waterfall Caves (Hydro Axolotl), game freezes when I get to the upgrade pod. Dr Light appears, no dialog and I can't move or go in the options. Only thing I can do is switch weapons with B. I have to alt-F4.
Retried many times, no luck. On v1.00.3.
