Looking forward to 1.7 and pregnancy content, I love your character designs!

I have some suggestions for the future!

I agree with others'  suggestions  that there should be more at the start of the game to initiate Anna's interest in MC, especially if it's going to be revealed that getting closer to him was her real reason behind her making the Starmaker page. She could walk in on him in the shower, or he could comfort her after an argument with Josef, or he could overhear her and Josef discussing their poor sex life. These could all be pre-scripted as part of the story's progression so that players can't miss them.

In the slut route, with Josef staying, on Fridays there should be an alternate version of the master bedroom scene with Anna, where MC would impregnate her behind Josef's back, on Josef's side of the bed. She could really play it up in her dialogue about MC fully claiming and stealing her from Josef right under his nose. 

If sharing Anna with Adrian but not Josef, and Josef stays, there should be random hallway encounters between Adrian and Josef where Adrian awkwardly has to make excuses for MC, Anna and Adrian spending so much time together.  A similar encounter could occur between MC and Josef with Josef asking why Anna has been in Adrian's room so long with the door closed. 

On Thursday movie nights, if you pick the Sci-Fi option, Josef should be so engrossed in the show that MC is able to grope and kiss Anna right next to him without being noticed. This would contribute to the slut route. For all TV choices, there should be an option for MC to innocently cuddle Anna and have that contribute to the romance route.  If you choose "Watch the news" enough times, there should be a random chance that Anna will be the model the news reporter discusses, but Josef has conveniently fallen asleep just before that segment shows. 

In the romance route, since MC cannot have sex with Anna in the kitchen, he should be able to ask her to join him in his bedroom for sex instead. 

I think in scenes that are in both the romance and slut routes, there needs to be a bigger difference in both MC's and Anna's dialogue to differentiate the two routes more.

There should be a scene at the coffee shop with Anna and MC when Anna randomly visits. If in the romance route, they would sneak into the store room and make-out. If the non-sharing slut route, they sneak into the store room and she gives him a HJ and makes him ejaculate into her coffee like in the kitchen scene. If in the sharing with Adrian route and slut route, Adrian and Anna can visit at the same time and MC and Adrian can DP or spit-roast Anna in the coffee shop store room. 

My craziest suggestion that would require a silly amount of work, is to have an "Adrian steals Anna from MC" route. The prerequisite for this would be Adrian staying, MC sharing Alice with Adrian rather than stealing her which gives Adrian confidence, and starting the Adrian / Anna sharing route. During the initial stages of Anna seducing Adrian there should be an interaction between Anna and MC where MC asks her if she is enjoying it, she says yes, and MC can follow up with "Good, I knew you would" to continue the sharing route, or ask "More than you enjoy it with me?" to be playful, but then Anna would become shy and say "D-don't ask me that!" and then run off.  The next time MC speaks to Anna in the kitchen, she says she thinks she can handle her Starmaker page on her own from now on and all scenes between MC and Anna stop. If MC heads to the studio on a morning after this, Adrian will be taking pictures of Anna in one of the outfits, and Anna will ask MC if he needs anything then shoo him away before he can question why Adrian is there. From then on, all scenes that would normally be between MC and Anna would instead have MC catch Anna and Adrian in suspicious situations but not actually having sex. For example driving to the park on Wednesday will find Anna and Adrian walking and Adrian's arm would be around Anna's waist. Going to the beach on Tuesday will find Adrian applying sunscreen to Anna's naked body. Adrian will be helping Anna stretch during the living room yoga scene. Etc etc. Any interaction that would usually contribute to the slut or romance route, or are focused around MC helping Anna, instead become about whether Anna will come back to sharing with MC or continue to go to only Adrian. For example, refusing to drive her on Fridays will make Adrian drive her instead, MC could go to the flower shop to pick Anna up and find Adrian already there, random chance each day that Adrian will buy the groceries and flowers for Anna. Etc etc. If Anna continues to go to Adrian then the scenes should escalate, so that it's obvious that Anna and Adrian were having sex or doing something sexual just before MC arrived at the scene, but MC would not confront them about it due to insecurity, and on Tuesdays attempting to enter the shower or Adrian's bedroom for gaming would result in a locked door and moaning coming through the door. The next escalation would be MC unable to find Anna in the kitchen, and going to the studio and catching Anna and Adrian having sex for Starmaker pictures.  After that, all scenes will now be MC catching Anna and Adrian having sex and watching without interrupting. There would be several hallway interactions with Josef where MC has to cover for Anna and Adrian, or awkward interactions between MC and Adrian. The final escalation would be MC finding his own bedroom door locked and spying through the keyhole as Anna and Adrian have sex on his bed and Adrian impregnates Anna. The upstairs hallway scene where MC spies through the keyhole on  Anna and Josef having sex would change to be Anna and Adrian having sex in the master bedroom. On Thursdays Anna will drive Adrian to chess club but if you go to the parking lot in the badlands you can catch Anna and Adrian having sex in the car. If Anna returns to MC before the final escalation, she apologises to him and the game returns to the normal "Sharing Anna with Adrian" route. Obviously this whole idea is ridiculous because you'd pretty much need to redo all of Anna's artwork, but I think it's a cool idea.  

Anyway, keep up the great work!

My bad I forgot other suggestions I had.

Firstly I agree with the comments before me saying there should be more kissing options with Anna, especially earlier in the game as her relationship with MC is progressing. These scenes could even go through a progression, for example early in the game MC kisses her on the cheek, then later on the lips, then later fully making out in the love route and perhaps swirling tongues open mouthed in the slut route. I also think it would be good if in some of these kissing CGs the MC is at least partially visible. If Josef does not know the truth and hasn't left, MC and Anna should be able to sneakily make out or grope each other during movie night while Josef is focused on the TV, and if Anna is on the slut route she could reach into MCs pants. The dialogue option to get that scene could be "Whatever you want to watch, Josef" when they ask MC what to watch. 

Secondly it would be good if there was an option to have more scenes with Anna in MC's bedroom. For example MC could ask Anna in the kitchen or in the hall if she has time to meet him in his room, then depending on how many hearts Anna has there could be more options including groping, kissing, blowjobs and sex. There could be a random chance that Adrian or Josef knocks on the door, with their dialogue depending on if their sharing routes are active or if Josef knows the truth. 

Leading on from that, If Anna is on the slut route and MC reveals the truth to Josef and Josef stays but does not start the sharing route, i.e. selecting the "I'll take good care of mom" dialogue option, then there should be more scenes involving cuckolding Josef. For example, MC and Anna should have a scene during the movie night whereby they either make out, have sex, or she gives him a blowjob, all with Josef in the room trying to focus on the TV and he could complain that he can't hear the TV and ask them to go somewhere else. They should be able to invite Josef to the basement to do a cuckolding scene. Anna should still give MC the bedroom key and her dialogue in the bedroom scene could mention getting her pregnant on Josef's side of the bed and staining the sheets.  When Josef knocks on the MC's door on Wednesday morning MC should still be able to answer "I'm with mom, go away".  There could be a scene in Josef's office where Anna rides MC in the office chair and afterwards Josef could complain about having to clean stains from his chair.  MC should still be able to have Anna to himself on both the Anniversary and Valentine's day if Josef is being cuckolded.  When having sex with Anna in a location other than the apartment, there should be an option for her to video call Josef.

That last part also has given me the idea that if Anna is in the slut route and Josef doesn't know the truth, then Anna should be able to answer a phone call from Josef but she attempts to hide that she is having sex. 

If Anna is in the slut route and also the Adrian sharing route, then when Josef asks for extra cream in the coffee there should be an option for Anna to make both MC and Adrian ejaculate into the coffee. Also it would be good to increase the frequency of the "Extra Cream" scene a little. Not too much but I feel like I have to visit the kitchen 50 times to see it. 

I almost forgot my most important suggestion of all! It should be possible for MC to impregnate Anna even if Josef stays and isn't sharing / doesn't know the truth. This could be one of the scenes that plays in MC's bedroom if you don't want MC to have the master bedroom key. Or it could take place in the master bedroom but only on Fridays when Josef is outside. 

Also it would be good to have different ending scenes for sharing with Adrian, and also for Josef knowing but not sharing

Sad times for me, but I understand. Your game is still amazing and I look forward to what is to come. 

Is it possible that a different route with Anna and Adrian could be introduced? One where Anna secretly seduces Adrian and it takes time for the MC to discover it? So  when MC tells Anna about what he finds on Adrian's computer, one of the dialogue options could be "I'll let you handle it Anna" or similar. From the next week onward the interactions between MC and Anna have a chance to be replaced by new interactions between Adrian and Anna. For example the interaction when MC enters the kitchen and Adrian leaves saying "thanks Anna, I feel much better" could appear.  There could be an interaction in the hallway between Adrian and Anna where he says "Can you come to my room tonight Anna, I need to show you something important." When entering the living room, Anna could already be doing Yoga with Adrian. She could be swimming with him in the pool. Adrian could be standing behind the counter with Anna at the flower shop.  MC could find them walking together at the park. Adrian could be found rubbing lotion on Anna at the beach.  After this, blocked / hidden interactions could occur. The shower door will be locked and Adrian will shout from behind the door "I'm using the shower!" to which MC will reply "I thought Anna usually showers now?" and Adrian will reply "I haven't -HNGH- seen her dude!" accompanied by slurping or skin-slapping sounds. When MC enters the kitchen and asks Anna if she wants to go for a walk, she replies she's already been with Adrian.  When going to help with the dishes, Adrian is already helping Anna, a wet hand-print is visible on her butt. When leaving the house on Tuesday, Adrian will tell MC that he will pick up Anna from the flower shop so MC doesn't need to. At the pool, Anna and Adrian are very close together in the water, and although her breasts are below the water, it's obvious she's not wearing her swimsuit, Anna quickly shoos MC back indoors. When attempting to game with Adrian, his door will be locked and moaning and slapping can be heard through the door, Adrian would shout "I'm with- um, Alice!" to which MC would say to himself "I didn't know Alice was coming over". Eventually MC actually catches Anna and Adrian having sex in the basement and confronts Anna afterward. Then there would be a dialogue choice that would either cause MC and Anna to reconcile and resume the normal Adrian sharing route, or cause Anna to only be with Adrian from then on, unlocking the ability to photograph Anna and Adrian together in the basement and allowing the blocked interactions to continue but with new dialogue from MC about how he knows what is happening. This would also unlock an ending route where Anna runs away with Adrian and includes a picture they have sent to MC of Anna pregnant.
