To check if you have C++, and the others stuff, you just go the apps you have installed in your PC then you can check if you have that kind of libraries. (theres some files that you can find in the internet that allows you to see if you have .NET Framework, C++ installed, you need to search those files by your own.)
To check your version, go to "My PC" and right-click it then properties, and you can see the RAM installed, CPU and the 36/64 bits version as well.
Look, many people that have 32 Bits doesnt have the same things like the 64 Bits does, some games was created for only 64 Bits players, and other some games are for 32 Bits.
You can't play a 64 Bits game on a 32 Bits, but you "maybe" can play a 32 Bits game on a 64 Bits.
And the errors are from missing libraries in your pc/laptop, you can check if theres something missing like: .NET Framework, C++, and others things. (I am just telling you if you want to check, that is up to you.)
