Game has potential.  There are some strategies with the AI and making sure it doesn't target your miku card while targeting it's miku card.  However, it too often comes down to rng and plain addition.  It needs to become heavily more strategy based, which means maybe redo the whole "cards subtract from each other" mechanic and add cards that do more special stuff.  like maybe a card that only heals itself.  or maybe a card that gives one random card a shield, something like that.
