It can be quite hard, but I found a good trick that helped me get to the end. During the mash sequence when you get caught, mash until you are almost free, then wait until you are close to 'finishing' and mash to break free. Immediately engage in self pleasure to finish and reset the meter. It's not foolproof, but it ensures you usually get caught with an empty pleasure meter and have sufficient time to mash.
