If iron's on the list of things(though I'm guessing it's more in the vitamin D category), this will help; cast iron skillets are neat, there's a couple simple maintenance rituals that keep them from being boring and rote like washing your other dishes, and they can help you keep from getting anemic. I pan fry potatoes and onions in my skillet a couple times a week for my partner and I.
