I came back after 2 years and i absolutely love the new contents and routes, especially twig and man ms. Scarlet in the bathroom is fking gorgeous. And i still cant get enough of zenelith. 

As for Thea, it seems i cant progress her or romance anymore(?) in the newer version, is it just a bug?

And will there be also a sequel? Im really looking forward for his new arc, and my theory is that Cynthia will follow him in the next story (i will miss Zenelith)

Huh? You think every game is a console game? That every releases, the plot is already finished? Even console games takes much years to release even if they have  a BIG  studio/company. 

Its like saying dont release anime episodes until they completed animating all the LN content
