It means that one of the stocks is being incredibly volatile, but easy to predict. Therefore, its a good time to work on buying/selling stocks to make money. Usually you can tell that its "Volatile" because the stock is super cheap to buy compared to how much it normally costs. The stock itself will typically jump between $1 and anywhere up to ~$20 so its a great way to make money out of thin air in a pinch. The longest I've seen this last for was about a full energy bar worth of time, but I've never watched it until it fully stabilized to its original price. Once it does stabilize though, if your purchase price is really low (as close to $1 as you can get it), your money multiplies like nobody's business. EX: buying 1000 shares @ $1, waiting for the price to stabilize to its original, say $500 will net you $499,000. TLDR; look for the spiky looking stock at low low prices and INVEST!
