Found it. 

 The landlord will come for rent and one day (guess its RNG) will offer you the washroom of the neighbor behind you who have been evicted. They will fix a door for you for 100K take that deal, if you try to bargin he will increase it to 200K + 1K additional rent

I think if you bargin further you might get the bad ending of Landlod. other than that yea I guess thats that 

wait 2 days after this happens and the landlord will kick you out of the room and fit a new door on the bathroom. after that you get the scene once to click on it

well Eating food Increases Volume, But seems to Reduce The Total No of Ejaculations Available, I ate a Lot of sausages And now the count is not Increasing above 2. Bug?? Idk...

game crashes just before it starts. like the Diamond Patrons page scrolls down and all but as soon as the game loads it Crashes..... Any fix?

I cannot find this Gideon guy  and i think it is the Ratway guy but his  dialogue isn't playing so i am curious.
