akira actually kinda looks like a girl when he was on the drug can there be an option to maybe turn him into a femboy like the drugs maybe got worse and u one of the cure then we have a corruption option where you don't give akira and entice him to become a femboy, a revenge option to destroy it and let him go mad or just give it to him.
