I've played Once in a Lifetime before and got pretty far after the Japan trip but I changed phones. Is there any way to skip ahead to a certain chapter?

Hey I'm trying to buy the apartment so that Ayano can move in, but the dialogue at the real estate agency keeps saying I'm not ready. I have 16 000 credits. Do I need more (if so, how much) or are there other requirements.   Thanks :)
