I think that the custom notes are gonna be for when bulby adds the feature that lets you add your own notes. Tricky notes, bullet notes, etc.
because weekly 3 works better and is easier to mod

The reason the update 5 is taking so long is because there is only 2 PEOPLE working on it.
they work the same way
its probably because you didnt add the Inst and Vocals properly
You have to make an hscript or json file for it to work, heres the tutorial i got it from
