Please follow this guide when creating your bug reports to help us better understand and solve the problem!

Summary

Summarize the issue you're encountering. Think of it as writing the subject line of an email.

Examples:

  • "Save slots display incorrect time of save"
  • "Zombie sprite stops showing breathing animation"
  • "Writing minigame text overflows"

Bad example:

  • "Bug found " - Too vague

Environment

Provide us the context in which the game is running in. Include the game version, operating system, and browser (if applicable).

Example:

  • "Playing 0.2.0 in Google Chrome 91.0.4472 on Windows 10"

Actual results

Help us understand the problem by describing it. What were you trying to do? What did you see or hear?

Examples:

  • "After saving the game, the corresponding file slot in the file save menu displayed the incorrect save time."
  • "The Birthday Zombie sprite stopped its breathing animation mid-scene."

Also, provide us the location in the game where the issue can be experienced.

Examples:

  • "The Save and Load menus when there is a saved game file"
  • "Monday Midday in Lecture Hall when the Birthday Zombie says: ruck"

Expected results

Try to communicate why the problem is a problem, even if it may be self-evident.

Examples:

  • "The save file slot should display the correct save time to help players differentiate between their various file saves."
  • "The Birthday Zombie sprite should still be breathing to maintain continuity since there is no provided context that explains why the zombie would stop breathing."

Steps to replicate

If we cannot recreate the problem, we cannot fix it. Please provide clear instructions on what to do and what to look for.

Also, be as specific as possible. Try to stick to observations and avoid assumptions about the issue.
