Great! Feels pretty solid overall. Art and audio are nice!
Also fairly polished - all of the menu transitions etc work well.
Only had a couple of small issues:
• The aim gets a bit dodgy when you're pointing almost directly left/right
• The difficulty didn't seem to escalate - would have been nice to ramp up the spawn rate, as I felt I could keep going without getting hurt quite easily
• Would appreciate an in-game indicator to show which items are mapped to which numbers

FTL was absolutely an inspiration!
We were pushed for time, as this was a game jam project - had a bunch more interconnected events planned which we weren't able to include, which would also have made difficulty levels a bit more consistent across playthroughs.
