Clever idea.  I failed the boss fight and I think it's because I had too much of one flavor?

Great platformer!   Good use of level design to teach mechanics too.

Great idea!  And very cute!

Very interesting game mechanic.

Very silly!  I love it!  That being said, I do think that having the attack and avoid mechanics in separate phases isn't doing you any favors.  Having both at the same time would force players to go into the thick of it rather than hiding on the sidelines.  It would also allow good players to get through the early levels faster, auto-scaling the difficulty to the player.

Very cute!  My only complaint is that the tiny arena makes gameplay a little limited.

Very good idea!

Well done!  Simple, elegant, fun!  The knife flipping confused me for a little bit, and I think it would be better in a square aspect ratio so that the challenge wasn't so imbalanced between the ingredients from the top/bottom and the ingredients from the sides, but good work!

Very cool!

Very fun!  I love the Pacman feel!

Really fun idea!  The map is hard to navigate.  Allowing more zooming out or informing the user about the click-to-find would have really helped.  You even implemented a "follow the arrow" system for the customers, but I spent a long time wandering and looking for ingredients at the beginning.  Fun Game!

Thanks!  I'm confident I'll be able to do better next jam!

Yeah, the gun aesthetics were on my list, but I ran out of time.  Thanks for the feedback!

Interesting.  When I was play testing the controls always seemed like the least frustrating part of the experience to me.  How would you prefer the controls to work?

Thanks!  The intention was to have an infinite wave, top-score competition kind of thing, but the difficulty scaling never came together the way I wanted it to.  My eyes were, as always, bigger than my stomach.

Interestingly, the levels feel better to play if I run to the end and then go backwards through the level trying to catch the ingredients, that way I can move and catch at the same time.

Cute game,  Love the music!  I recommend mapping the action button to something easier to use while moving though, space or maybe shift.
