import * as PhaserFX from "../PhaserFX/phaser-fx.cjs";

and also add ‘cjs’ to webpack config resolve extensions array.

Phaser 4 support is definitely on my roadmap and I’ll be working on it next. If there are any specific effects you rely on most, let me know and I’ll prioritize those for the first Phaser 4 release.
