just to clarify, where does this pop up?

basically to clarify, artwork and music can be submitted so long as you have a clear idea of how the mechanics of the boss would work. say for instance, if you have a teleporting snake boss, you need to draw some examples of what it's attacks would look like. you dont have to code or animate them, just make it clear how it would attack. if you only submit music, you need to thoroughly explain this in text and upload some rough sketch examples
