Oh nice, yeah I’ve been tempted to get ultimate, buying sample libraries is like my largest living expense, I swear haha. I think it would paralyse me from composing, I already get mega choice overload! I’d spend more time fiddling with the samples than anything else, although, it is nice to come across a project that requires you to dig in and find something you haven’t used before or in a long time to score.

All I can think about is a cat on a lounger drinking a cocktail.
I really would have liked to hear a main theme variation and a slower middle, where there is more space, maybe the main theme fragmented with a delay. Also, it's a little dry, slap on that beach vibe reverb, especially with the piano and steel pans!
Really cool ideas and creative sound for the melody, its all I'm gonna hear in my head for the entire evening now haha.
I agree with Grunt.
Perhaps your melody could have been an octave higher to better distinguish from the harmony. Also, do you use a click track?
Generally, for harmony or accompaniment its better to have more rigid time, with melody you can get away with a little more.
I think the guitar sounds are awesome and some tasty ideas here, keep playing around with it and it'll just get better and better!
