yea that is a bug with many controllers, it even happens to me, just wait until we fix it soon.

that method is 10x easier than manually doing it
or in sidequest press the arrow under download and press sideload
you have to enable the button, in the spawn tab it says "enable spawn button" then click Y, otherwise spawn them thru the in menu spawn button
