This is very cool! You are great:)

This game turned out to be a bit complicated, but nevertheless... it's cool! Unusual movement, interesting trading and progression system. Very cool! Well done!

Very nice visuals and inventory counters (ropes)! I liked the interaction with the world and there are even wolves - cool! You are great! Thank you for your work!

Hmm… is this really a game made in pure JS?
And it really feels like a true rhythm game, because the music and the spiral sounds overlap perfectly.
I really liked it, even though I didn’t immediately understand the timer mechanics.
Thank you so much for such an unusual game!
I haven’t really seen anything quite like this before — it’s rare to come across such a cool combination of activity and control. Thank you!

Yes, I also really liked the concept and the overall atmosphere.
It also reminded me of a very, very old game — with a different mechanic, but similar planets… except there were more of them back then...

This game definitely deserves attention! The difficulty and progression system is thoughtfully designed.
The controls feel nice too :)
Thank you for putting so much effort into the game — you did a great job!

Wow! This game definitely found a place in my heart :) Those robot faces – pure joy :з
And now I finally understand where airplane luggage disappears to :D
Thank you for making such an addictive little game, with wonderful replayable gameplay :)
You did an amazing job :) Thank you so much!

This turned out really great :) I love exploration games in general, especially with different locations :)

For the future – it’s better not to breathe into the microphone, especially at the end :) That comes with experience, but just something to keep in mind. The voice acting itself – 10/10, seriously awesome :)

At one point, the player’s face filled the whole screen and I couldn’t continue :<
But I really liked that you can move between rooms, that the interactive objects make sounds, that this isn’t just a game – it’s a story~
Thank you so much for your work and for the game! It brought me real joy :)

UPD → I re-read the description and figured out how to progress – I managed to reach the end :)
Well, you managed to surprise and delight me even more – the later sounds were even better, tons of mini-games – a whole story :) Even ping-pong! :) You did an amazing job! Thank you for your effort and for such a cool little game))) I think the theme was revealed really well and neatly. You did a fantastic job!

It turned out to be a good complication from level to level, well done!

I liked the visuals and the music :) And also the sounds of the little robots – pure joy :з You did a great job :) Thank you! The controls are smooth and pleasant, and the background feels like something out of a GUMI music video – very cool :)

Oh, I really liked the music, and I loved how the game pulls you in! The controls are simple – but the character’s behavior is sooo annoying, and that’s exactly what makes it great – it makes you want to keep going and climb higher ahahaha. It’s really awesome :) And the creature’s eyes – it’s such a joy how they wobble around! You did a great job :) Wishing you lots of luck! ))

I’m sorry, but this game really got to me! Even though I didn’t immediately understand the paintings and how exactly to get out – I really liked the idea and the execution! Honestly, there was something about it that created such a tense atmosphere, I kept expecting a jumpscare ahah. But I truly enjoyed it :) Thank you so much! I’ll be really hoping that the game gets continued :) Wishing you the best of luck!

Ahahahahaha, this is pure delight!!!! I want this game in VR :D It’s honestly amazing!!! The voice acting – superb, the controls – friendly, and the realism = off the charts :D Because of the brilliantly made “flying off” and falling – I actually want to crash into different obstacles (forgive me, flies), just to hear new sounds and see where and how the fly will fall :з Huge thanks to you :)

To be honest, we also really grew fond of these little robots… maybe that’s where their boo-boo-boo and creepiness comes from? :)

Thank you for playing our game :) The core of the loop is more about repeating the playthrough… The philosophical meaning, this time, I wasn’t allowed to add – I was under strict control :p But who knows what will come next? :)

We’re sending hugs and wishing you good luck and sweet robots (truly sweet ones, not like in the game) in real life – ones you can be friends with :) Sincerely yours,
NekoLab and ssomniss

Wow! I can't call this anything other than a masterpiece ^ These locations, these colorful pixels, this music ^ It took me some time to understand the controls, but the exploration process itself, the "flying" – pure joy! And those adorable little spiders >< just my humble opinion, but this game would make an amazing quest game, with boss fights and exploration! It’s really, really awesome!!! You’ve captured my heart >.<

Special mention goes to the smooth and beautiful animations, the overall visual smoothness (no glare/shaking) – it’s such a cozy world that I just want to keep exploring it, and listen to the background music on repeat >.< You’ve done a tremendous job! Thank you for your effort, your hard work, and the atmosphere you’ve created! My admiration and gratitude <3

Wow! Now that's what I call...an atmospheric miracle *^*

Oh, it seems like this is the kind of project format that hits me right in the heart! Original graphics, music, PLATFORMING ONE LOVE!!!! Also, I really liked the start of the game with the tongue and the frog (we’re jumping inside a snake, right?)~ I didn’t quite figure out how to wall-jump and how to collect the tasty bug treats… but I think I’ll give it another try ><

It’s nice that the game’s colors combine so neatly. Seamless tiles – also a delight. Music – big plus that it’s original! I hope in the future you’ll be able to expand the note range and soundscape :) I definitely liked the game, that’s for sure :) Thank you so much! You’re doing a great job! Wishing you lots of luck and inspiration for your projects and gamedev :)

We are extremely grateful, dear Hector Lafontant, for such a review about the graphics and the game! It makes us very happy that you were able to feel the challenge of the game :) We will keep trying to grow and continue to make you happy^^ Thank you so much! Wishing you good luck, strength, inspiration, and tasty treats :)

Good day, dear Shlomiatia!

This is entirely our art, my wife ssomniss drew it :) The animations = sin and cos and sometimes tangents, i.e., purely by code :)

We are very, very happy and grateful that you downloaded, launched, and even played our game >.< We feel really awkward that we didn’t manage to port it to HTML5... And because of that, we bow our heads even more in gratitude and respect to the players who find time to play our game :)

The game, yes, is designed for auto-play... but we decided to leave the spacebar for now, until we calculate the balance for comfortable gameplay) Thank you for the valuable feedback! Unfortunately, the final boss in the release version is bugged (as well as the 30-energy ice shards >.< But you can press the F key, but we didn’t say that, shhh:3)

We will definitely make the enemies faster and stronger, adding more variety! Thank you so much :) Wishing you good luck, inspiration, and lots of joy :)

robo :)

Thank you so much! It seems like it worked — sorry for the oversight~

Apologies if this question has already been asked — I’d be grateful for a link in that case~

Here’s the situation: I’ve been using GMLive for quite a while now (around 3 years), and previously, if a sprite was present in the resource tree, I could simply call something like draw_sprite(spr_new, ...) in the draw event, and it would render without any issues.

However, now — unless a given sprite has already been explicitly referenced somewhere in the code beforehand, trying to use it will always throw a error:

[GMLive][30.04.2025 18:22:05][ERROR] Runtime error: [error] `instance#ref instance 100001(obj_controller)` (instance of obj_controller) does not have a variable `sp_new`.

 called from obj_controller:Draw_0 [line 235, col 13]

Interestingly, when I open an older project (about 6 months old), this issue doesn’t occur. But in newer projects — it’s a constant problem...

GMS IDE version: v2024.13.0.190
