Very very creative, I loved seeing the childhood experience of racing raindrops. Very fun seeing the raindrop you bet on winning, and the story and art is so cute too. I loved the soothing music and little voices the characters have, too! This game stands out very much from the other submissions that are more fast paced and are a race against the clock in a way that feels very refreshing :>
I did have a bug that makes the final cutscene not have dialogue, but other than that everything is very polished and fun!

absolutely incredible !! The art style is very simple and cute, the micromanager getting beet red (or perhaps as red as a tomato) is a genius idea, and so is the concept of having to stop the microwave just before it finishes and alerts the customers. it all feels very polished in general. very fun and very stressful... you nailed the theme perfectly!

very glad you liked the parry mechanic !!! we wanted to make it feel like a very nice opt-in bonus that increases the challenge and helps you buck off the cowboys faster (and punishes you if you get too greedy...). thank you very much for playing our game :>

very very cute game with cute audio and absolutely amazing artwork! the last kernel at the very end was a huge surprise, and i liked having to be careful about my kernels! very creative and very enjoyable.

very nice art !! I also liked the concept of hp being tied to levels, such that losing hp means losing your precious powerups. it does feel very punishing when this happens, though...

52 is an amazing score !! i've seen a few people get 58, and one person got a 67; that has yet to be beaten!

thank you very much for playing our game! also, i'm glad you liked some of the more creative spellings we added! some of the words you need to defend against are intentionally misspelled (inspired by potoooooooo, the name of a race horse that some stableboy allegedly misspelled), and some of the words are backwards (the cowboy's model and voice clips are also reversed!). this is to intentionally trip you up; and it all depends on the type of cowboy you're trying to buck off, each cowboy has its own word bank! :D

The music and the player slowing down as time runs out feels very immersive and makes gameplay feel much more intense! Absolutely stunning in every way, so much polish everywhere!
