The online version is the same as the downloadable version. 

There is also no concept of free and premium versions, everyone gets the same build, instead some specific, non-essential benefits like the Cheat Menu require a supporter code that you can get from Patreon.

During orientation there is only one transformation opportunity, so I guess that's the one you have found. Later on when you have more freedom, you can buy mods from the clinic and there are other events where transformations happen.

At the moment there is no permanent effects aside of the perfection mod you get at the beginning, we want to do them right and it takes a while to implement. We'll get there though!

At the moment sex scenes featuring Eva are only available during orientation week. In regards to interactions with Eva during orientation week, you want to be ahead of class (do holotraining whenever possible), and when you visit the archives on Day 4, choose to go the leisure wing and watch an adult simulation.

She is going to receive more content in the near future.

It depends which scene you're talking about. For Zara you just need to go watch an adult movie at the archives, which will then give you access to her apartment.

It's a zip file so you have to decompress its content to a folder, then run the game in your browser by opening index.html. However you can also play the game directly from Itch without any need to download it by clicking on the "Run Game" button on the game's page. It's much easier.

Hey there, you can't yet, it's coming in the next version.

This is most likely because we recently converted the game images to the webp format to save a lot of space. It seems there are very conflicting answers in regards to Safari's support for it.

Could you maybe try with an alternative browser like Firefox for Mac?
