I am still working on it but, these problems are due to transferring the game to itch.io, the game is originally from scratch. on scratch the frame rate is capped at 30 so a lot of the problems are fixed and also on scratch you can see your mouse cursor and it isn't hidden. the itch.io port was just another method of playing the game. so the game is a lot better on scratch scratch original: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/847490056/
