Hi! I've never participated in a game jam before but I am interested in programming languages and have made a few of my own recently, the most developed of which being FIXAPL, which I started around May this year.  It doesn't currently have enough capabilities to allow me to make the game idea I have, but would I be allowed to work with it as a starting point? (If not, it's fine, I have other language concepts I can work from.)
