No, it's just inspired by the old N64 style of games.

Thank you for your feedback, it helps a lot! There will be more than one way to obtain iron in the full game. That is just the slow and basic way before you upgrade to get faster ways of obtaining lots of iron quickly. I do plan on fixing a lot of the RNG that's in the game, like rain and the bird drops, for the full release. It will also have WAY more content than the demo. The demo was about 5-10% of what the full game will offer, so I hope you look forward to it!

I never put them in the game that was supposed to be a YouTuber named Caylus but they replaced themselves over it. Not knocking them in any way but  it’s still strange.

Thank you so much! 😁 I’m currently working on my own adventure game called Brigadoon which you can go check out on here but it’s still in development. I’ve got a lot of other games planned too but if this nut cracker game gets a lot of recognition I might make a sequel for it! 👍
