I feel like this is a game that could become a full release and can be expanded upon!

thank you for playing! We intend to make it a full release at some point in the future here. We’re glad you liked it :)

Really enjoyed the atmosphere, I'm not big fan of story heavy games so I won't judge on that. I thought the gameplay was super creative and the art is awesome. Very polished!

I didn't enable it, I forgot, I'm not sure if I'm allowed to enable it now or if it's against the rules of the jam, but when we do a full release It will definitely be able to be played widescreen. I'm really glad you enjoyed it! We put a lot of work into this! :)

To be honest, I started testing it on a gamepad, but then stopped because I didn’t know if anyone would use one! For a full release, we’ll have full gamepad support! I agree on the hitting enemies sound effect. There isn’t an endgame unfortunately, but for a full release, I am thinking about what that might look like! Thank you so much for playing and enjoying!

Yeah that was one thing I noticed (of course, right as the deadline approached lol) that the charge shot can be a little pointless. I have plans to do a full release for this, and I have some ways to make the charged shot more useful! Thank you, we are very proud, and it means a lot coming from someone who put out a super great game for this jam too!

I'm always extremely amused when I see what people come up with for jams. the originality is crazy good on this one. I enjoyed it!

Using the player's body as a weapon is very unique, it would be cool to see how it could be expanded upon! Fun! :)

I really am a big fan of rhythm games so this is right up my alley! Fun, and the art and music are great!

I really like it, I couldn't progress at one point, I'm not sure if I did something wrong, but the puzzle mechanics were very clever! Very well polished.

the truth is, I’m not amazing at them either! People in the other comments got farther than I (naturally) did! Haha. As long as you have fun, that’s what matters! Yeah, should make it more obvious that WASD is for moving around.

not gonna lie… I didn’t test the algorithm out that far because I didn’t think anyone would get that far! Lol. I’m really glad you enjoyed it and that the mainframe didn’t self destruct at that wave haha

Don’t gas me up too much haha! Thank you so much, I’m super glad you enjoyed it! I will check your game out later today!

I would say, keep an eye (pun intended) out for this either here or on Steam, we intend to make this more of a full release! Thank you for playing, we’re glad you enjoyed it!

Art style is great, so is the music! very polished. Wasn't exactly 100% sure what I was doing, but maybe my brain is just burnt out from 10 days of jamming. Great entry! The Burninator and lighting bolt references made me smile.

Thank you, we're so glad you enjoyed it!

My portfolio: CashBrandicoot - itch.io

Looking to join a team where I can put 1-3 hours in as I put a bunch of hours into the last few. So probably would be best in a team with other programmer(s).

Can use Godot, Unity, and Unreal. Reply here or dm me on discord: cashbrandicoot94

The art is awesome, it's what drew me to the game from the submissions page. The gameplay is a bit confusing at first but you get the hang of it after a few seconds of trying to figure out what to do. I enjoyed it!

The music and the oddness ( I mean this in the most endearing and best way possible) kept me completely engaged. I really enjoyed it. It was unsettling, but in a fascinating way.

Amazing art and sound. Everything feels so satisfying. Fun to play, and very polished. Just great all around!

When I saw the two sheep in the car, I laughed out loud. That was great. I love the sheep (and fake sheep) sprites. It did not seem to get much more difficult, however!

I laughed at the premise, I like it. The controls kind of make it a bit hard, but I can see what you were going for. It's very cool

The audio and art are great! I personally prefer my side scrollers to have faster characters but I found the jumping and all the sound effects to be extremely satisfying. I am no good at this game so I didn't make it too far, but I liked it!

I always tip my hat to whoever does a puzzle game for a jam, seriously, kudos to you. the gameplay is unique and clever, I pretty much instantly understood what to do (even if the tutorial wasn't there, I would have still understood) which is a good sign that you made the game very readable. I had fun!

Was pretty fun! I was hoping to get the top score on your leaderboard because you got to wave 25 in my game and I only got to wave 15 myself lol.

I like how the music progressively seems to get faster, and the challenge really ramps up nicely. Well done!

Yeah we caught that very late into playtesting, given more time to work on it, we would have done a lot more balancing. Thank you for playing, and I'm embarrassed to admit this, but you got a lot farther than I got (organically) lol

I was thinking about adding hallucinations and stuff in, but we simply ran out of time unfortunately. We had to kind of rethink everything when the game designer quit like 3 days in. I’m very glad you enjoyed the gameplay! It means a lot! :)

Yup! Those free assets really came in handy!

This is very good information to know! I was thinking of implementing a scoreboard for Track '86 but didn't know if I'd have time or there would be any ability to do it.

Great game, reminds me of playing Twisted metal a bit when I was younger. The car control was fantastic, bravo!

I am a simple man. I see boomer shooter, I play. I really enjoyed the movement here! I think if you had a bit more time this could turn into a full fledged game! The aesthetic is great.

I felt like I was playing the Atari, so you definitely nailed that aesthetic!

Very fun and addictive little pinball game!

This was pretty sweet, took  me a sec to figure out it's kind of like an ATB thing and you don't get to select who you attack with. Honestly, super good over all, love the art style!

Thank you!

Thanks for the kind words! :) We're glad we could  teach you how to run real good!

Frutiger and monkey ball, what could be better?
