thanks for playing my game! I had the same problem with itch not letting me comment on anymore games. I just waited two days and then it worked again. It may be less time but I didn't try again until two days. My game (is it trash or is it treasure) has some ga.e breaking ui issues if you re-sacale the website page. If you turn the zoom to %100 it should work wonderfully! Thanks for your feed back!
ok so for this game jam I made one costumer that comes in and out trying to get you to buy stuff. (If you haven't played it here's the link: https://jabiog.itch.io/is-it-trash-or-is-it-treasure) basically I've never given this guy a name and I wanted your opinion (the people who played) to make the name.
Comment any ideas you have for the name! Thank you for your time!
Thanks! So basicly i thought this whole time since you first reply and thought we were talking about rendering because I was in a different conversation about rendering. That's why I put the .png loading code. I'm sorry if I may have complicated it a little but I'm glad we got to have a conversation. Bye! :)
Hi! I don't know what engine you use but this should be applied to general uses:
When your exporting your game, try to find a tutorial (via YouTube, Google, or even reddit) on how to make your game "embedded". In Godot when exporting (for windows) you want to make sure you check off the "embedded PCK" option. This allows it to be a .exe without having to dig through files.
I hope this information helped. Bye!
Would you like to try my game?
Thanks for the feed back! I have had multiple issues with the ui, i guess if your screen website is scaled it makes it so you can't see ui or can see hidden ui that i want to add to later updates but didn't have the time. the music was more of a last minute panic, I had finished the main game and was making 3d models to add because I made this cool system that automatically adds the model to the list (what I spent most of my time on) and I was about to release it when I realized the music was missing. I took a song I made and added it to the game description (through comments(the first comment)). Overall there were things I would have liked to do better but I was proud of what I did in the time span. I had a lot of plans over the weekends so I had to squeeze in any work I could and ended up with about 9-10.5 hours of programming, art, and concept development.
