Thank you! I apologize for the worry, but it seems to be working now. I didn't do anything different than last time, but it's working now, not sure why... Thank you again for replying and sorry for any problems!

If I try and progress in her story, any time her name is said in dialogue or she's supposed to be on screen, I get that error.

I downloaded the Latest Public release (v0.27.2.4) for Windows, and the Hanako route seems to be bugged. I never started it until now, and the first conversation with Haru gives me an error of "NameError: Name 'hanako' is not defined", and I also get the same error when getting to her page in the Tasks book.
