False positive probably. The AV that detected the "trojan" was Maxsecure ( its also a 1/65 from all the detectors there ) which is an AV with a reputation of detecting more false positives than other engines and the processes that it tags it with (detect-debug-environment, long-sleeps, sets-process-name, etc) they are used in games Installers/Launchers so you are good in that part...
Also the name of the "malware" isn't from any family at all (yah i did a bit of research) The name "Trojan.Malware.219104223.susgen" is a generic heuristic and from what i saw these are also more prone to false detections.

CONCLUSION = 90-100% that its a false positive and its being caused by the downloader because, 1st it was only detected by 1 detector and that detector is known for false positives, 2nd this is the itch.io page... (less shady than downloading it through mediafire if u ask me) 3rd the tags that it got flagged with are also processes used by downloaders/launchers... so you should be good downloading the gaem!!11!
