I guess I was thinking more of personality traits when I wrote this. Also, I wrote this at 2 in the morning. Because I really do want random personality traits for the Expies.

Suggestions-randomized personality traits for each started game like masochist where you get plus mood when harmed but be careful not to get addicted or it'll have the same result as being depressed. Or like DID where its a coinflip whether youll be nice to traders or not depending on the dominant personality. or like autism where you have plus intelligence but you can't focus. Or gay... Just gay. Or dementia where you forget trauma but your brain integrity is always slowly decaying or your always loosing intelligence. Or psychopath where you don't care about blood and gore and they don't affect your mood at all but it off puts traders a lot. It'd also be nice to have a blood pressure feature which is affected by mood and stress and gives you a headache and makes you angry if the game doesn't have it already.
