Pooyan meets Puzzle Bobble/Bust-A-Move, + Circus Atari on the Bonus stages. I love every bit of it!!!

Congrats to the team!

Here's my highest score so far, by the way:

Completely agree. I think reviews should be posted in similar fashion to devlogs.

Once set, Average Session Duration cannot be unset.

We all know not everyone uses this option, nor care about it. It is, actually, very useful when you want to play a game but don't have much time on your hands. From a developer point of view, this option is perfectly valid for games, as well as other media, such as soundtracks.

The problem arises when accidentally setting the option while filling out the Metadata fields and you're publishing a tool, or, if you're publishing a game, don't want it visible in the "More Information" box, and there's no way to opt out; essentially soft-locking the project in an Average-session-duration state.

So I think it would be a great addition to have the ability to set the option to "None" or have some sort of X button that clears out the field.

Thank you!

SUBMISSION

Hi! Would it be okay if I upload mine as a draft until the Jam is over, but DM you the secret URL on Twitter?

Wiggly foxy!!!

Hi! Loving it a lot! I just found some kind of bug when running an online emulator; the mailbox and the flowers sprouting from the taskbar show up when it's in fullscreen mode, at the same spot when viewed on the desktop.

It's kinda cute but looks a bit off since they're just floating.

Best regards!

(I'm on Windows 10.)

Woohooooo!!! Thank you so much, GB Studio Central and Bad Dad, for putting this awesome gallery ROM together! I had a TON of fun taking part in the Jam, and the results of your work are STUNNING! Oh, and here's my pic running on a GBC. OG fashion. 😝

Thanks a lot!

I have a question: What font do you plan on using for dialog boxes? Would it be full-sized 8x8px, or a trimmed one? Also, what's the character limit for links to portfolio? I managed to fit my links within 52 chars, 8x8px font. Thanks in advance!

The aesthetic stays super true to the original Atari games! Love everything from art, to physics, to sound! It's a good mixture of Pitfall, Montezuma and Jungle Hunt, as well as a sound effect from Adventure (door unlock sound) for good measure. 10/10 in my book!

Definitely an interesting concept! I like how Roberto's slow movement works against you, providing a good challenge, especially when the lights go out.  If you plan on expanding the game, you can check out GB Studio. It's a drag-n-drop, no-code tool for making Game Boy games. Actual Game Boy ROMs! There's lots of detailed documentation, so you might easily get into it!  https://www.gbstudio.dev/

Bahahaaaaa, love the 4th wall break! I also think it's pretty cool your game lets you decide whether you want to be an a--hole or not. Had a great laugh when I got the bad ending! 😆 Decent stage transitions, too! For a 7-day game jam game, it features a lot of content and polish! And ramen! 🍜

Some tasty ramen we got here! SLURP!!

I'm playing the game as I'm making myself breakfast, haha! 😊

That's a pretty dang creative take on the classic game! Love it! 🙌
