Building for WebGL as your primary submission is our recommendation.  As WebGL can take a very long time to get built, you can probably start working on Win64 builds initially. You can submit a WebGL Build as well later on when the game is ready to be submitted. In case you only want to go for Desktop builds, we recommend that you build for Mac and Linux as well.

Yes, you can submit multiple games. Don't forget to add your team details or individual details on your itch game page.

The theme of the game jam is "Bad is Good". Try and stick to the given theme, but don’t be afraid to take it in an unexpected direction!

We have already added the theme in the jam details as well

You are not required to register as a team. before the jam. Mention the details of all the participants on your itch game page.

Hello.

While submitting your game, you will find a field to input your source code repository link.  You can add the link on your game page as well.

You have to provide the complete Unity Project in the repository.

We suggest you choose a platform that can be evaluated easily for convenience.

If you prefer phones, you can submit an APK as well for androids.

Should you go dedicatedly to VR? Maybe, No. It should be playable on devices that don't have VR as well. More like VR Mode can be something extra.
