I did not get a new key. But I figured that my RAM only meets the 16GB minimum and recommended is 32GB may be why the game keeps crashing?
I've also sent an email last week in regards for a second key so I can try the game on another device to see if it works there.
Has there been a fix for the application not responding at the main title screen? it keeps crashing.
