yes notepad++ and you have to unzip the map first but looks like theres beeen a new update since my post

change the moddesc version to 105 and change the version to 1.0.0.2 and it will work below is an example

i had to unzip the map and edit the moddesc file it wouldnt work for me either till i unzipped it and then rezipped

i got mine to work you have to edit the modDesc txt file from moddesc version 95 to 105 and change the version to 1.0.0.2 and it will work just fine

has the map been updated since the most recent Fs patch
