Theres a low chance this is a virus, but take your precautions. Virustotal gives 1 vendor, and it has really suspicious environments. Shouldnt need long sleeps or detect debug environment.

This game is HUGE, there is so much stuff you can do. 2 hours in speedrunning and I just barely max hearted half the girls, this is huge and its still updating!
