I think it's cool that you added different types of minigame in this
I also think the art is pretty cool, too
Please fix the cat game (if you die you can't restart), and also make it so either the zombies always spawn in front of you, or let me turn around (I think you just set sprite x scale to negative 1, so if input direction is -1, going left, the scale is -1
ts is pretty good for a first game
One decently simple thing you can add is some background parralax. This just means to side the background to the left slower than how much the foreground moves.
It's already nice that you change the background itsself, but that may make things feel a bit more interesting

I thought the game looked pretty cool, nice art style, music, characters and enemies, but just a few problems
- How do I attack??
-When you die your camera just gets thrown to the border of the game or something
- Music randomly fades out and comes back in (may just be how the song repeats, but maybe it could be more seamless
- Game is a bit too small on my screen
- The ranged enemy has almost infinite range and shoots through walls

I like that you added NPC's that talk to you, and at the end it told me what I had the most of (I got bravery)
The only few problems I have are
- I can't die (you can restart the scene/game, if unity has that)
- Attacking animation doesn't really work most of the time

I love this game
This game really does emphasize sacrifices and it's really tough to make choices.
Idk if you want to work more on this game, but if you do, I think this game could use:
- Music: at least 1 simple song to add atmoshpere
- Art: Helps feel the impact in your actions
- More choices/(or rarer choices): I saved the elders twice, but I had to kill 5 of them after bro 😭
