Relaxing vibes and extremely loop-y!

Nice vibes and undoubtedly loopy! I made it to 9 before I botched it.

Love the idea, movement was definitely tricky. Would love some weapon upgrades.

Great game! I absolutely could not get it to accept the narrow win by red even if it was neck and neck.

Thank you! I can’t say I’m too surprised. I didn’t get a chance to optimize things.

Thanks! I’m glad you enjoyed it!

Really inspiring concept with a fun implementation. Hope you are able to keep doing the work and advancing the cause!

Neat implementation once I went back and read the instructions. The atmosphere was creepy and intense, but the lack of damage feedback (for the player) took me out of it somewhat. Twice I died without realizing I was taking damage, thinking the creature sounds were coming from the thing I was shooting.

Overall fun little game, especially considering the super short time limit.

Awesome! Even I can figure things out now XD

Got it! I knew I was missing something obvious. Movement feels great!

Great style, but I can’t seem to get the movement controls working.

Hey don’t forget to move to published! Currently can’t see the game.

Ahhh okay that makes more sense. Definitely was confused.

Neat concept and I always love mechs! I had some strange issues where I’d get multiple buttons pushed down simultaneously.

Love the mech designs, especially the shield rotating in.

Thanks! I had a lot of fun and learned a ton with it.

I’m glad you enjoyed it! I appreciate the kind words and I try to keep an eye out for jams sensitive to AI content. If it makes you feel better, I spend a great deal of money on human artists and authors for my magazine, which is actually a commercial endeavor.

If this gets fleshed out into a proper game in time for the next jam I absolutely will make sure a demo makes it into the submissions as it would have all original art at that point. Thanks!

Thanks! In hindsight I’m not particularly happy with how the hit boxes worked out, ran out of time to rework for the other jam. The ambiguous ammo remaining is intentional though, forces the player to count shots. Meant to amplify the stress of encounters a bit.

Appreciate the feedback!

Thanks! I originally wanted to have more frequent bargains, including acquiring minions, but it really killed the horror vibe. Plus I realized I’d never get all that done in time…
