I believe the next stage is opened up, try looking at all the block cave entrances.  I think it's in the cave cc with the cups game

go back to where you got the popsicle the cave above it will now open

once you pick a spot to stick it, you get a quest with the type of monsters you need to defeat to melt it

where can you find dynamite, or the ingredients for it.  I've gone everywhere i can.  I have a quest that will give me dynamite, but I don't know where to go to complete it
