I felt this in my bones. I had to sit and think about whether my dreams contained any speaking or hearing, which was a strange experience. I don't think mouths move necessarily, but I do hear. My version of dream-not-speaking is that suddenly my legs are cement blocks and I can't move or walk and all I want to do is lift one of my legs to move forward but the heavy heavy weight makes it impossible. I think it's very interesting that both themes revolve around losing an important ability, and the stuck-ness that comes with it. Thank you for sharing - this is so fully whole and complete in a lovely and difficult to explain way. It feels like it needed to exist in this zine form in order to breath and feel at peace. (it being the piece itself, the words and thoughts and visuals) - like it was taking up space in your head without either of you knowing it and now it's been released and exists out here with the rest of us and that's where it always wanted / needed to be <3 appreciate you & your creations

Stunning work - the art, the music, the story-telling, the writing - all worked really well together and made an incredibly engaging experience. I love everyone except for *** who was so realistically awful and made my heart hurt quite a few times throughout this. The narrator felt like a necessary hand-hold that I'm very thankful for.  Thank you all for making this <3

omg thank you!! that means a lot <3 maybe if we both wish hard enough, we can manifest it into existence out of sheer will and good intentions

thank you!!!!! <3

very masterfully, gracefully, &  relatable in all the best ways that makes something linger with you for a bit

delightful emotional rollercoaster - especially without context of who Valko is! I went down a google hole which then made replaying this again with context a whole new affair in a really fun way. I really appreciate how there are multiple ways to engage with this piece (and I could NOT believe I didn't catch the ears during the first run through!!)

I knew it couldn't be just me <3

thank you for meeting me here - you are very cool<3

took it again for funsies and still got Calliope! gotta love being consistent

simultaneously breathtaking & speechless-leaving - genuinely forgot to breath and felt myself fall into a beautiful spell / trance of sorts and filled with so many contradictory emotions at once - joy, love, fear, desperate longing & sadness. this felt like an incredibly poetic version of the mental loops I find myself in quite often - thank you thank you thank you <3 also the music + font + language + imagery + style combo really crushed

I'm really thankful you made this

<3 <3 it's so lovely when someone else gets it <3

I really loved this. The structure was discombobulated and noisy in the most beautiful ways and the storytelling / words hit an oft untouched note in my heart. I like how you can say so much in so little words, and how your words / sentences are so so alive, and all of that worked perfectly against your backdrops and sounds. I felt this one in my heart<3 <3

this was so fun and so cute!!! I love her so much

I really really loved this in so many ways. I got such joy from the pop up that happened when you clicked the kitty art <3 and also petting the dang cutie cat was real fun too! Overall, incredibly creative, sweet and relatable. Your art style is SO dang cute and endearing, and I really enjoyed reading both the very poem-like poems but also the ramble-fever-dream poems too! Your words feel like a flavor of home <3

decker!

this was a lot of fun and I really liked how you recreated the forum feeling with decker - very cool idea! I smiled BIG when it allowed you to access the high/dream drawing

omg thank you!! <3

ah thank you!! I'm happy they resonated with you! it feels like a fever dream sometimes writing these so I really appreciate the kind words and support <3 <3

thank you :') <3 <3

thank you!! <3 I really appreciate it!

thank you!! your kind words mean a lot to me - your work in decker absolutely opened my eyes to what the medium was capable of and 1000% inspired me to ~not give up~ when I was first trying to get my head around everything (and now it's my immediate go-to for ideation / play / creation). thank you for taking the time to not only comment, but also thoroughly interact with it, and also for everything you've graciously created and shared within the community <3 <3

I know the exact feeling - I hope your brain gets to rest soon <3 I appreciate you so much - thank you for letting me know in spite of the brain ache

so cute and fun!

I really like the continuous loop flow and how it allowed me to really digest the piece in a more layered way. Also the video and movement elements of the background are so so so cool!! thank you for making and sharing!

wow, thank you! I love your work, and I’m pretty sure I learned about Decker through your page, so it means a lot to hear that you got what I was going for. Your comment totally made my day <3
