Thanks for the update.

The trouble is that the honest response here is: it's complicated. There's nothing that's clearly femdom in the game as of yet.

"Powerful women" in this case is mostly referring to politics and power scaling. All the primary love interests are the elite of the elite of their generation; groomed to power and intrigue (with one, maybe two exceptions), and they're all written as highly intelligent and hyper-competent in different ways. On the other hand, the MC is in a position with an incredible amount of leverage and advantages of his own. 

In terms of h-scenes, the closest it gets to femdom (currently) is one you could argue has an element of orgasm denial (avoid the redhead elf, yes the 'gentile' one, and you'll miss it). There are 3 scenes with light bondage play that runs in the other direction, but the main LI brings up the possibility of trying something similar on the MC later if he's up for it.

It really is just a matter of where your lines are. The girls in TNoM tend to slant mischievous, devious, and proactive. The main LI in particular is the primary one running things, and she's far from sweet, gentle, and nurturing with the MC at times, but her harsher moments just don't extend into the bedroom.

Leaving us in suspense as to if the part is actually going to be smaller than the others or not I see. 

I really enjoyed all the attention to detail and subtle storytelling going on with the clothing for the ball, so I respect the dedication to getting everyone properly outfitted for an afternoon outdoors. Thank you for your efforts sir.

If you search "the nature of magic" there it's dedicated thread is the first result. More likely you did a typo by mistake. 

It's been there since it was released. 

It's not quite as long (because it's a newer game), but I've seen a lot of comparisons to The Nature of Magic (which is utterly fantastic). It's a lot less cafe and a lot more political intrigue between powerful families though, with magic, obviously, thrown into the mix. 

This strikes me as an incredibly odd thing to say given that:
1) TNoM has significantly fewer sex scenes than the vast majority of AVNs for its length, particularly given that several of those are abbreviated 'mini scenes', and 
2) how much every scene that is there is necessary to maintain some verisimilitude rather than having 20 somethings in a new sexual relationship who are living together just abstain for no reason other than to reduce the devs workload. No one starts hooking up with a new partner then waits days between rounds 2 and 3 if they don't have to, particularly people who are new to sex or who have gone without for awhile. 

Definitely would love to see part 5 out before the end of the year (even if it is significantly shorter). 

One of the best AVNs out there. A lot of people are sleeping on this.
